Terrific book!Jan 28, 2000
By Rita Risser This is an excellent book for every working man and woman. Despite the dry title, it is easy to read and incredibly insightful. I found it useful for understanding my own behavior as well as others. I've recommended it to men and women; they all say it should be required reading at every company! As an attorney, sexual harassment trainer and author, I deeply respect Rutter's work.

"Compulsive Lopper"
The book examines the psychological and social machinations behind sexual harrassment. It covers almost all situations, provides means for evaluating seriousness and suggests ways that men and women can handle themselves in these situations. As a therapist and lecturer on the subject, I find the book extremely usefull.
