More than a little disappointedOct 10, 2008
By D. Dowd
"The Irish Godfather"
The author purports to tell how he passed a drug test after heavy use within a day. Didn't see any sign of that at all. Fairly well written, good quotes, the science behind it was plausible but HOW did he pass the tests on such alledgedly short notice?? The long and the short of this is, don't believe everything you read. There was some good advice, some that's simply not true (saunas don't help because THC is stored in the fat cells). Even the flushing parts were suspect. Again, how were the tests passed on such short notice?? Genuinely curious.

EXCELLENT!Mar 01, 2008
By M. C. Turner what a great quick and easy read. In fact you can skip the first half and and go right to "getting clean." The first half is nothing but filler making attempts to give the author credibility and give the book some personality. With out it the book is pretty much science and a "how toguide."Which is alright with me because that's all I was looking for. This book is designed obviously for the THC user, most other drugs exit the body quite quickly. The true beauty of this book is how it promotes over all health and clean living or "cleansed living." A very motivating and inspirational read!

Fairly accurate but somewhat dated infoFeb 01, 2007

The information in this book is very informative and accurate at the time it was published.
The problem is that drug testing technologies change regularly and it is almost impossible for print publications to keep pace with them.

By Adidas Re: D. Dowd "The Irish Godfather"Dec 04, 2008
By M. Silva The body does not store THC, Mr. D. Dowd. Simply because in its natural state, it is fat soluble does not mean that the body stores THC in our fat. Why would the body do that?
The body circulates it through our system so that it can bind with the corresponding receptors, before being excreted through waste. If our body was to store the THC after being used then how would a person get high?
