I bought this telephone for my mother who is vision impaired. The large numbers are easy for her see. There is one drawback though, the telephone will not hold or keep stored numbers. I think it needs a battery or power source to hold the stored numbers. There is a battery compartment in the rear of the phone but no connectors. Other than that one problem, my mother is very happy with her new phone.

Ordered for elderly grandparent. We used the photo option for the 3 emergency buttons at the top of the phone. We placed headshot photos in the 3 buttons and programmed the numbers. We gave the phone as a gift to our grandfather for Father's Day. He can now look at the face of his daughter and 2 granddaughters and push that button to call and talk to them. Easy to store the numbers to the speed dial buttons. Very large buttons. Volume control switches for ringer and handset speaker. Also has a red light that lights up to signal an incoming call. He loves the phone!

This product is terrible. It didn't even work. You could hear the phone ring and hear people on the other end talking to you...but the handpiece microphone did not work and they could not hear you at all. Plus...the battery compartment on the bottom did not have wires attached to it. Cheap...worthless product. I had to send it back to Amazon and get my money back.

I purchased this phone for my elderly mother and it is perfect for her! It is light-weight, with big buttons, an easy-to-use corded phone that is also priced very reasonably.

I purchased this phone for my 94 year old mom, who had problems hearing and identifying the numbers on her existing phone. The keys are much larger than most phones but the feature I love most about this phone is the ability to program phone numbers and insert pictures into the top three buttons. We put pictures of family members Mom calls on a regular basis in each of the three slots and Mom can now call these people at anytime. It has really empowered her and she feels more connected to the family. This phone also allows you to adjust the volume of the the ringer and the headset for those that might be hearing challenged. I could not be happier with this purchase.
